Insecurity in Missouri, has been released. This comprehensive report examines
Missouri's food system, including how social determinants of health impact food
security and food access, as well as the connection between disparities in
health outcomes and an inequitable food system.

We are proud to welcome the newest member of our Board of Directors, Shelley Layton. Layton is offering her expertise and experience as an executive in the health care field. In addition, Darin Preis has assumed the role of Board chairperson, taking over for 2016.
We are proud to announce that Sister Anne Francioni is our 2015 Dr. Corinne Walentik Leadership in Health Award winner! Now in its third year, the award was created to honor the late Dr. Walentik’s commitment to serving vulnerable populations.
We are happy to announce that we have hired Stacey Easterling as our new Vice President of Programs. Easterling will lead the design, development and delivery of the Foundation’s program activities. She comes to the Foundation with extensive experience working in community-based and philanthropic organizations, with successful implementation of strategic objectives. Her work at MFH will begin on November 18, 2015.
