Missouri Foundation for Health Service Area

The Missouri Foundation for Health service area includes 84 counties and the city of St. Louis. The dark gray counties in western and northwestern Missouri are not in the MFH service area. When MFH was created in 2000, it was charged with serving the exact region of Missouri covered by BlueCross/BlueShield of Missouri. Learn more about MFH's history here.
