periodic surveys on topics related to health system issues in
the state. Some of the surveys are unique to Missouri, while
others present data for the state within a broader national
context.

Missouri Employer Health Benefits Survey

This publication presents the results of a 2004 survey, conducted
in Missouri with comparisons to data gathered by the same
technique on the national level. The paper provides information
on health insurance coverage gathered from a random sample
of 404 interviews with employee benefits managers in private
Missouri firms with three of more workers. Survey questions
focus on the availability and cost of employee health insurance,
cost-sharing mechanisms, types of health plans, retiree coverage
and employer attitudes. Health Research and Educational Trust
(HRET) conducted and analyzed the survey.

This summary provides an assessment of
the attitudes of Missouri residents about health insurance.
The results are based on a statewide survey of 500 registered
voters in Missouri from April 9-12, 2005. Public Opinion Strategies
conducted and analyzed the survey.

Presented at MFH's 2007 Health Summit, these survey findings
provide information on the views of Missourians about health
care. The findings are based on a May 10-14, 2007 telephone
survey of 800 likely voters across the state of Missouri.
