policy advocacy work on behalf of Missouri residents. These

governing tax exempt organizations.

In 2008, the Foundation is refocusing TAP funding
to address the essential components of a strong and effective
health care system for all Missourians: quality, affordability,

(RFA), the Foundation will award TAP grants to Missouri non-profit
agencies that present innovative public policy projects directed
at addressing one of these components.
