On August 9, Missouri Foundation for Health (MFH) welcomes nonprofits, local governments and community leaders to learn about two innovative programs that will help Missouri organizations apply for funding to improve residents’ health.
The new initiatives are:
SOCIAL INNOVATION FOR MISSOURI (SIM), a grant program under which Missouri organizations can apply for new federal dollars to reduce obesity and tobacco use.
MISSOURI CAPTURE (MoCap), a program to assist organizations applying for federal grant dollars to fund prevention and health services in the state.
Plan to attend an informational meeting on August 9 in Cape Girardeau to learn more about both programs. Details are below:
