For this cycle of Community Grants, MFH is implementing an online application process. Paper applications will not be accepted.
To apply online for Community Grant funding, review the RFA and then click on the link below to begin the application process. You will then be guided through setting up an MFH account. After setting up an MFH account, you will be automatically taken to the online application.
You are not required to complete your online application in one session. You may work on your application at your own pace. When exiting the application, be sure to choose “Save & Finish Later” to save your work. Answers can be written in other formats and then pasted into the online application. Upon completion, applicants must choose the “submit” button or the online application will not be received by MFH. In addition, applicants must submit online all required attachments listed in the RFA Application Checklist (page 10-11). These can be submitted in Word, Excel, or Adobe PDF formats. NOTE: When scanning documents, MFH recommends a resolution of 200 dpi to keep the size of the document to a minimum.
